If you are receiving a 1035 error in Glyph when attempting to play, this can often be related to the region setting not being properly detected. In order to resolve this issue, please use the following steps:
- Open Glyph and select the appropriate game
- In the top right corner, click on the drop down for region
- Switch to a different region and then back to the region you are trying to connect to
