Hacked Account Restoration Process

If you have access to your account after it has been hacked, please submit a ticket in-game so that a GM may assist you. Please select the Hacked option when creating the ticket. A GM will assist you as soon as possible.

If you have been hacked and you do not have access to your account, please contact our Customer Support Team to retrieve your account. To verify your account, please include as much of the following information as possible when you contact the account support team:

  • The answers to your Security questions
  • The full date of birth on the account(mm/dd/yyyy):
  • Your RIFT, Defiance, ArcheAge, or Trove Game product code:
  • First and Last name:
  • Last 4 digits of the credit card on file (if any):
  • PayPal email address on file (if any):
  • The creation date of your account - This can be found by reviewing the date of the first email you received from Trion Worlds (mm/yyyy):
