Issues Creating an Account

If you are having trouble creating a Glyph account please try the below steps:

  • Attempt to register using a different browser using this link
  • Try registering on a different computer or on your phone
  • Try clearing your browser's cache

Google Chrome

  1. Click on the Options menu (top right corner of browser by default)
  2. Select 'More tools'
  3. Select 'Clear browsing data..'
  4. Choose from 'the beginning of time' from the dropdown
  5. Click 'Clear browsing data'

Firefox

  1. Click on the Options menu (top right corner of browser by default)
  2. Click on 'Options'
  3. Click on 'Privacy' tab and then on 'Clear your recent history'
  4. Choose 'Everything' from the dropdown
  5. Click on 'Clear Now'

Edge

  1. Click the Hub icon
  2. Click the History icon
  3. Click the link labeled Clear all history
  4. Check the boxes for each item you want to clear
  5. Click the Clear button
  6. The message "All Clear!" will appear at the top when the data has been erased.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the Options menu (top right corner of browser by default)
  2. Select the 'Safety' menu in the upper right, and select 'Delete Browsing History'
  3. Unselect Preserve Favorites web site data, and select Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History
  4. Select 'Delete'

Safari (Mac)

  1. Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen
  2. Click 'Preferences'
  3. Click the 'Privacy' tab
  4. Click the button 'Remove All Website Data....'
  5. Click 'Remove Now' in the pop up window that appears.
